A Woonsocket City council meeting recorded a vote to seal the minutes of an executive session after returning to open session. The chair announced the request for a vote; Councilwoman Harmon moved to seal the minutes and Councilwoman Fox seconded, and members responded aloud with 'Aye.' The chair then said, "The ayes have it and the minutes are sealed."
