Mr. Hill told the technology committee the district must plan its next network‑switch replacement now because the last upgrade was in 2019 and equipment life is about 6–8 years. He said administration will develop a parts list, run an E‑rate mini‑bid in November, review bids in December, put a contingent bid approval on the board agenda in Jan–Feb 2027, and target installation for summer or fall 2027.
