Trustees approved a resolution authorizing the district to redeem certain Red Oak ISD unlimited-tax bonds and to delegate authority to an authorized officer to make required determinations to effectuate redemption. Dr. Johnston told trustees that the district had "roughly 39,000,000 still outstand outstanding" from the 2017 issue and that some series, including portions of 2017, were now callable.
