Donna Banesi, director of employment services and special programs at DARS, described a continuum of services from Pre‑ETS (starting at age 14) through VR programs and long‑term employment supports. "We assist people with disabilities to prepare for, secure, retain, and regain employment," Banesi said, noting increases in participation and successful closures since the COVID rebound.
