Board designates three Warminster properties as blighted, approves redevelopment resolutions
The Warminster Board of Supervisors unanimously approved resolutions designating three parcels at 1229 Woodbrook Lane, Beverly Road and Slate Road as redevelopment areas under the Urban Redevelopment Law, giving owners a chance to remedy deficiencies before the township pursues further action.

The Warminster Township Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to declare three properties blighted and adopt redevelopment-area resolutions, the board chair said during the July meeting. The resolutions cover 1229 Woodbrook Lane, Beverly Road and Slate Road and cite each parcel as a redevelopment area under the Urban Redevelopment Law.
