Council extends emergency authorization while water system VFD is synced to SCADA

Acting Public Works Director Eric Anholmer updated the council on emergency repairs to Well 3 and the VFD system that supports city water production, saying the VFD is online but not yet synchronized to the city's SCADA control system and therefore needs continued manual monitoring.
