Gabrielle Rosario (resilience planner, Dewberry) walked participants through the access process. She advised users to complete the access survey with name, organization and email to request folder sharing and said, "Once you submit the form, you'll be receiving an email from myself or from Liz, within 1 to 2 days, giving you access to the SharePoint site." Rosario then showed how to open the shared Excel workbook, enable content and confirm AutoSave so edits persist back to SharePoint.
