The Beech Grove Redevelopment Commission's 2025 spending plan was presented and approved by the council on Feb. 3. The plan allocates $2,062,421.62 for future projects and includes three professional services line items: $60,000 for routine professional services (RDC counsel, fiscal consultant, and membership), $78,500 to pay REA for work on a new redevelopment plan, and $150,000 set aside for future professional services to implement the plan.
