Clerk Treasurer Samantha Stratton reported to the council that property taxes were distributed and the Redevelopment Commission (RDC) received $648,568.59, bringing its fund balance to $2,717,767.62. The clerk also listed other fund balances, including the general fund and utility accounts, and noted a $124,000 state deposit to the sewage utility fund from sewer liens.
