Board of Education presenters described the loading-dock area at Cheshire High as crumbling and in need of structural repair, saying the space is the main delivery point for school meals and supplies. "You can walk right up to it and put your hands on it and it will crumble in your hands," the presenter said when describing corroded rebar and failing wood framing.
