The Gulf County commission on Sept. 26 tabled a preliminary-plat application filed by Boic LLC for the Intercoastal Estates subdivision (approx. 30.75 acres, 22 proposed lots), after staff and PDRB members raised concerns about flag lots, private driveways, emergency access and stormwater.
