BCA approves side-yard setback variance for addition at 536 Lasher Drive

Ryan Chandler appeared to request a variance (BZA017-26) to reduce the required side-yard setback from 15 to 12 feet at 536 Lasher Drive so he could build an addition on the north side of his home. Chandler said the addition would sit inside an existing fence line and the neighbor situation had been discussed; the board asked clarifying questions about placement and neighbors and no one opposed the request.
