Board approves change orders for Allen's and Hillham elementary projects
The Overton County Board of Education approved two project change orders increasing contract sums for Allen's Elementary and Hillham Elementary to cover additional paving and other contingency work. Staff said the changes keep projects funded without overspending bond and fund‑balance resources.
