The Fulton City Council voted to adopt a new strategic plan intended to guide budgeting and committee priorities in the coming years. Emily, the consultant who helped draft the plan, told the council the document should be treated as a living blueprint: "we recommend that you take the strategic plan into all of your budgeting meetings, all of your department meetings," she said, and that priorities can be changed annually as circumstances and grant opportunities evolve.
