Council voted to ratify an Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) award for Rosedale/Chuck Carman Way improvements and authorized the acting administrator to execute the project agreement. Administration said the award was a 50/50 grant/loan combination that helps fund pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk work and that execution of the agreement allows the village to proceed with engineering and future bidding.
