Golf Manor Village council conducted a first reading of Ordinance 2026-6, a proposed ordinance to standardize and systematize employee pay by establishing a nine-step compensation schedule and related policies. Administration said the step progression between steps would be about 3.5% and the ordinance proposes a January 1, 2027 effective date to simplify budgeting.
