A multidisciplinary crisis task force is producing a unified crisis playbook covering active violence, environmental hazards and grief/loss response. The playbook will centralize trainings, checklists and reunification protocols for building leaders.

The district's crisis task force, led by assistant director Randy, described its mission to "develop and refine systems of crisis prevention, intervention and postvention to minimize emotional, psychological and physical harm to student, staff and the community." The team includes site administrators, district office staff and community health partners and has met multiple times to produce an actionable playbook for administrators.
