The Gridley Planning Commission reinstated Site Development Plan (SDP) 1-22, covering 1225 Highway 99, at its Feb. 18, 2026 meeting after Principal Planner Christopher Smith recommended the action and said the project "remains consistent with applicable standards and no material changes to the project or surrounding conditions have occurred." Commissioner Wolfe moved to reinstate the plan; Commissioner Adams seconded and the motion carried 4-0.
