Committee member (S4) asked the board to clarify whether the existing policy that permits remote participation "2 times per year" referred to the calendar year or the school year. "I read that as calendar year because it doesn't specifically say school year," S4 told colleagues and recommended adding explicit language to remove ambiguity.
