Public Library to distribute 55 laptops through state Laptop Connect program
The Public Library of New London will receive 55 long-term-loan laptops via a state program; applications open Sept. 23 for eligible residents and digital navigators will provide training.

A representative identified in council discussion as library director Madhu told the council the Public Library of New London will receive 55 laptops through the statewide Laptop Connect program operated by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection in partnership with the Connecticut State Library.
