Chief Seery introduced Marcus from AGCM for a construction update on two DPS stations. Marcus told the council that Station 30 incurred a contractor‑claimed time extension (36 days) and that cumulative delays related to select fill and moisture issues amounted to roughly 87 days; staff said they were working to tighten the schedule where possible.
