City staff provided a multi‑project capital update on Aug. 25 covering road, trail and sidewalk projects. Hubbard Drive remains in active construction: phase 1 work, including roadway, water line and drainage, was reported as complete for Phase 1a/1b and the contractor is working on a temporary road for Phase 2. Staff said the contractor’s schedule targets final completion in December 2026 and that a mid‑October finish is expected for a southerly Phase 2a segment.
