Board approves FY26–27 spending plan over lone dissent, 4–1
The Heath MBC/HEDC board voted 4–1 Sept. 2 to approve a proposed FY26–27 budget that funds monument signage, trail connectivity, park lighting and marketing; one member objected, calling it a "negative budget."
