The Sartell City Council voted to approve the preliminary and final plat for the 3rd Rapids development, contingent on addressing staff comments. Planning staff told council the applicant is Meghan Carver/Sand Companies and the owner is Sartell Housing Group; staff described the project as an R-3, three-story, 48-unit multifamily building to be completed in two phases with shared access from 15th Street South.
