Council hears building-inspection update and discusses towing law, code-enforcement software

Chair introduced Building Inspector John, who said there were no new permits but several unsafe-building items and related vehicle removal issues. John noted he had talked with local tow operators who said they can no longer pick up cars without owner authorization, and he will follow up to confirm how the state rule applies locally.
