EDC staff announced that Mansfield’s Stablet Street development is a finalist for a 2026 Urban Land Institute Impact Award; the award will be presented at ULI's gala on April 2. Staff invited board members to attend the gala.

During staff comments, Rachel told the board that the Urban Land Institute had named Mansfield’s Stablet Street development a finalist for a ULI Impact Award. She said the award is for "shaping successful cities and communities" and that Mansfield will learn whether it won at the ULI gala on April 2.
