Board approves treasurer’s reports, permanent appropriations and amended certificate

The treasurer presented five items: routine monthly reports, two donations requiring board approval, a payment‑in‑lieu of transportation agreement, permanent appropriations (final budget appropriations for the year) and an amended certificate of estimated resources that shows the district’s anticipated revenues for the coming fiscal year. The treasurer explained the amended certificate provides the county budget commission the formal estimate that the district expects to receive revenue to cover the appropriations being adopted.
