The Main Street director asked the board to consider an upfront payment of $1,890 to order marble panels needed to finish the Veterans Memorial and avoid a 3–4 month delay. "He asked us to consider possibly doing the upfront cost of $1,890," the Chair said when presenting the request to the board.
