Board clears copier lease renewal and permits scheduling for new payment processor
The board approved a new Xerox copier lease and authorized scheduling a move to the municipality's software-provider payment processor (SSI pay) while requiring replacement emergency-messaging coverage before the final switch from Invoice Cloud.

Staff presented a proposed Xerox copier lease and recommended keeping the company because of reliable service and spare parts availability. The board approved the copier lease on a 60-month term. "We have good support. If we run into an issue and need to replace one of the toners, they normally have extras in Auburn or cold water," the Staff member (Finance) said.
