Commission approves development plan for Jake Street commercial site

The commission approved findings for a development plan presented by Clayton Richardson of Birch Ranch and Associates for a Jake Street commercial building that proposes 34 seats, 26 parking spaces, screened dumpster enclosure, compliant landscaping, and required sewer/water connections; staff will issue an improvement location permit to initiate building permits.
