Chair reported the town received a fine "last month from IDM" and said the board is taking steps to resolve the issue by completing required paperwork and confirming a new water operator. "As long as I get this letter in saying we've got the operator, we're not in any trouble for not having an operator," the Chair said, noting Anna Marie provided forms and that Earl would receive them to complete.
