Sierra Brooks, owner of a proposed Sweet Shop at 209 Spit Street, presented rough drawings for a small drive-through coffee window and described hours she would like to operate. "So we're planning to do like a split operation of hours. So we'll be open from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday," she told the council, adding tentative weekend hours.
