The Ballard Town Board approved a contract with Pyrotechnico to provide fireworks for America’s 250th, voting to accept a bid discussed at about $20,000 during a special supplemental meeting. The presiding speaker moved to accept the bid and the motion was seconded; the board responded in the affirmative and the motion was recorded as passing.
