The Nance County Board of Supervisors convened a public hearing on the proposed 2025–2026 budget on Aug. 26, 2025. Chairman Timothy C. Cornwell opened the meeting at 10:30 a.m.; County HR/Budget SuAnn Engel presented a brief description and comparison of the proposed budget to the prior year, reporting that no changes were noted.
