Colmar Manor council backs term limits; asks attorney to draft charter language

Town Administrator Mr. Spielman reviewed six recommendations from the charter-review committee, including changes to transition timing, special elections, vacancy procedures, term limits and the ward system. He also relayed two technical recommendations from the Board of Election Supervisors to clarify language around members/alternates and voter-roll purging.
