The Valdez Ports and Harbor Commission reviewed the waterfront master plan and approved a staff-prioritized five-year capital improvement program (CIP) recommendation to forward to city council. Port Director Jeremy presented the list and said staff had focused on projects that can realistically move forward in five years rather than long-range “pie in the sky” items.
