Council considered Ordinance 2026-25, which would authorize an amendment to the restaurant lease with Highgrain Brewing Company, LLC for the property at 6860 Plainfield Road and declare an emergency. Mr. Quarry moved to table the ordinance to Sept. 17; Mr. Wilson seconded and the motion carried with all voting aye.
