Chief Jeff Barnett walked committee members through a draft agenda for the TCOL conference panel planned for Wednesday, Aug. 12, saying the session would begin at 8:30 a.m. and run roughly two hours. Barnett said the panel would cover the committee's charge from the TCOL director, the committee's pre- and post-incident work, recommendations previously presented to the TCOL board, and then allow time for presentations by practitioners such as R3 and checkpoints, followed by audience questions.
