The Rock Ridge School Board voted unanimously to allow an informational billboard on district property explaining a proposed constitutional amendment to change distributions from the permanent school trust. Administrators said the billboard would be paid for by outside groups (MSBA and RAMS) and would run from now until November; presenters said the change would mean about $33 more per student for districts in the speaker's estimate if the amendment passes.
