Margo Green, practice management adviser for the Washington State Bar Association, told the Board that the task force recommended a technology-related MCLE requirement and that the task force's 2024 survey showed broad member interest. "When asked whether adding a technology related MCLE requirement would be beneficial to the legal profession, 72% of respondents agree," Green said.
