A representative for the Robla Education Foundation gave a preliminary report on proceeds from the annual fireworks booth. Retail sales were $30,054 with profit of $11,912; total encumbrances reported were $88,330, from which a portion has been designated by volunteers for particular uses. After accounting for designated encumbrances and planned commitments, the foundation said it expects net funds to support $500 mini-grants during the school year and a limited number of awards.
