At the public-comment portion of the Robla School Board meeting, parent Nikisha Bartell said repeated calls and emails to the director of special education about her daughter's Individualized Education Program (IEP) went unanswered. "Silence from the district leadership makes the already difficult process even harder," Bartell told trustees.
