The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for Southern Flats, which would subdivide 2.097 acres at 1705 East County Road 137 into two residential lots. Senior planner Petrice Cassella presented the application and said the staff recommendation was approval with conditions; the commission voted to approve the motion unanimously.
