Crystal Bassett of the Jasper County Economic Development Organization asked the council to determine substantial compliance for four CF‑1 compliance forms and to sign the city’s copies. For the Rensselaer 2 Solar Array (listed by staff as Ventoux Solar Array), council members made a separate motion to approve the CF‑1 and approved it by voice vote.
