Commission continues several hearings and approves routine orders and COCs
At its Sept. 9 meeting the commission continued hearings for 10 Kingsbury Way and 270 Stage Island Road to Oct. 28, continued 107 Taylor's Pond Road to Sept. 23, approved orders of condition for 26 Whitley's Way and granted a certificate decision for 26 Hardings Beach Road, while other items were continued for further details.

The Chatham Conservation Commission handled a slate of routine procedural items at its Sept. 9 meeting, including continuances and approvals to allow applicants to refine plans or complete conditions. Bradford Bower led the agenda and presented several requests for continuance and minor approvals.
