Karnes County commissioners opened proposals for grant administration and engineering services tied to the county's Mitigation Reallocation Program (MRP) grant application to the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Firms for administration included Taylor & Associates, Shamberg and Pulk (SPI/Shamberg and Pulk), and Langford Community Management Services; engineering proposals included SPI, Tomkins Engineering, Rakowitz and others.
