Tooele City Council approved Resolution 2026‑67, authorizing an agreement with COB Construction LLC for the 2026 Water Reclamation Facility Upgrades Construction Project, with an estimated value of $9,762,547. Nathan Fowkes (Public Works) said the scope includes UV disinfection upgrades and biosolids handling building improvements and that the approval allows the contractor to mobilize preparatory work while the award of bonds remains pending.
