Committee postpones five rule items and handled routine approvals

The Administrative Rules Committee used its regular procedures to handle a set of routine items: the minutes were approved as presented, the consent calendar was adopted and five rule items (A, B, C, D and F) were postponed by unanimous oral vote after staff reported agencies had requested waivers to clean up conditional amendments.
