During the mayors report the mayor said Tilla City will participate in the countys five-year pre-disaster mitigation plan and that a public survey will be posted next week. "Basically just asks what people feel the risks are in the community," the mayor said, describing the survey as a chance for residents to inform the plan that will guide mitigation priorities for the next five years.
