Staff updates: renewables plan, easements and IFT report

City staff gave several informational updates. The city manager said communities in the MPPA must submit a renewables plan by mid-February and staff will return with additional information at a future meeting. The manager also flagged pending easement requests from the state for utility mains replacement and said the city will coordinate timing to limit street disturbance.
